Someone want to explain why Vermont, commonly known to have some of the least restrictive gun laws, has the lowest percentage (# per 100k) of violent crime. While DC, historically very tight gun laws appears to have double the rate of any other area?

Id love for that someone be a politician. Not going to hold my breath.

Statistics and facts can be told to democrats until you're blue in the face. I've seen these numbers reported over and over. Do you really think democrats care about that? About the truth?

Democrats want "to do something". Liberals react from an emotional perspective, not from a logical one. If they were logical and were grounded in reality we wouldn't be having these debates.
