Voter ID, Take an Axe to every form of welfare and government assistance starting right now, then fire 90% of government employees. Democrats and Republicans. Shutdown almost all government programs except military and infrastructure.

That would be the start. In the end the goal is for people to become responsible for themselves again and for business to flourish.

Repeal the income tax and institute a flat tax, reduce the pay of our "public servants" to what the average American brings home after taxes, make the legislative sessions for congress only 12 weeks long and they get only 12 weeks pay based on the above average with no perks, they pay their own way, if a person needs public assistance they must pass drug tests to receive with monthly follow up testing, eliminate federal departments of everything, you get the drift: cut federal government to what the constitution allows.

Bust the goverment down to 1/3 its size, disolve Homeland security and go back to the smaller distinct deptartments needed, disolve The FED reserves and hire REAL accountants and financial specialists, and rid ourselves of the TSA.

Bring our troops home, put money into developing a smaller but the most advanced military (peace through superior firepower) push for an alternative fuel that can be retro fitted into existing cars to rid our dependency on oil from overseas.

Follow MAGPUL and Revitalize American industry create new jobs for the unemployed and for the troops coming home. Punish businesses that have production overseas or transfer jobs overseas. Reinforce the Constitution and the bill of rights. With a downsized Military in man power, create a "Minuteman" program where civilians are trained and allowed to CCW anywhere even on a plane, at least 1 out of every 10 and train them much like the Swiss civilians that can also act as backup to the enlisted Armed Forces. With this make in mandatory the young men and women have to train and serve in the military in some fashion at least 2 years upon graduating from high school.

First seal the southern borders from Texas to Arizona. Don't know if a fence is the answer, but I would find the people who know how to do it and enable them to do so. Maybe I'll ask Si.

Second, split CA at the upper knee and then seal the California border to isolate southern CA with the same methodology and deed those surface rigths to Mexico. Allow CA residents to apply for admission into US based on a constutional oath with a 10 year probationary period.

Third, create and seal a border from Ohio to Virginia placing Cincinati, Cleavland, DC, NY, etc. north of that border. Deed those surface rights to Canada and same admission to US for those residents.

Fourth, using the Constitution, create a small National government to do what it was originally supposed to do and keep it out of our personal lives, education, and so many more.

One new law...require all states to rewrite and then vote on their own state Consitution which would include those issues of which the State has a right to legislate. However, it could NOT limit any Constitutional rights in ANY way.

Flat tax collected by each state and held in trust by the state for the Federal government and payments released for those Federal services on a per capita basis. Basically, the Fed can only incur expenses at the pleasure of the states and has no power to collect or levy taxes, only the states.

Reinstate the CMP with a 2 week required boot camp for all persons in their 18th year of life. One year of Federal service in some capacity required before admission to college or 2 years upon graduation from college.

Welfare is only administered at the state level, but they have to have a balanced budget and if they don't the other states have the power to freeze their accounts and adjust their programs, but only if they can not make their Federal payments.

Require the states to enforce the immigration laws with penalties for lack of enforcement.

Create an economic system where the states, and their populace, are in competition with each other to attract industry, jobs, residents and even studetns to their colleges. I don't know how to do that, but again, I would find the people who do and empower them to create that system.

A person can make a living being a legislator (local through national) for 10 years. It's only a full-time job at the national level and pays the national average salary.
Maybe then only people who actually care about what they're doing take those jobs.

The notion of a payed lobbyist is a thing of the past.
Basically getting rid of people getting rich from politics.
Fire Rush Limbaugh and Bill Mahr into the sun to and maybe people will be able to calm down?

Length of unemployment and welfare go way down and you only get to take part if you've put at least something in the system.

We mind our own business military-wise for a while?

Find a way to get people to stop caring what celebrities and "celebrities" are doing 24 hours a day or thinking their ideas about political, social, and medical issues matter.
Maybe people getting off welfare will fix that?
