Generally a .1 increment is reserved for a minor release. A 1. increment is reserved for a major release. .1s are reserved for minor improvements and fixes while a 1.0 is reserved for a major overhaul.

I'm impartial to '2.1' myself.

Well yes, but what I'm saying is that I've never seen someone use the decimal place and only release things as v1.0, v2.0, v3.0, v4.0 etc. If they do, whats the point in having the .0?

And yes, the internet is very bad. It kills my productivity. I was just telling my Fiancee the other day that if we cancel our internet, we'd have an extra $50 in our pocket AND my productivity to do things around the house or help plan our wedding would skyrocket. I then stated that if she wanted me to succeed in my second degree, that I need internet lol

Well I don;t think he should even be 2.0 .... you see he is a beta release.. He even proved it with being pulled from the market for a month... at best he is version .3 now :-D
