All the OBL videos after that point were questionable at most that they were OBL. I think that even Al Queda kept his persona alive because it benefited them too. You think the public would have been on board for Iraq if Bush got OBL in Tora Bora? Nope... The other conspiracy to that is the US purposely let OBL get away at Tora Bora for the same reason.
