Silver.com has consistently been lower on ase lately. Look at https://comparesilverprices.com/

    Currently 2.37 over spot

That extra liquid cash would be better spent on debt you are paying interest on then on silver you are paying a premium to buy (which may or may not go up in value, which is going to have to be 15% to break even). Put that money on your car or house note.

Debt free mostly.. Few helocs on rental properties for the tax write off. Not all debts are bad. Debt on depreciating items such as car loan, personal item installment, and revolving credits are bad most of the time. The exception would be taking out those debts during hyper inflation era.

This is irrelevant. The premium will remain and be passed on to another buyer whom you sell to

I understand of course that a 15% premium on a $20 ASE is less than a 15% premium on a $40 ASE, but at that point, your investment has brought you a good return and the you end up losing less than half of your premium per coin.

Also, most of my debt is "good" debt. We only have one car loan (and we're paying it off fast) and no revolving debt. I just use my credit card for the points and pay it off on the 1st of every month.

I can tell you this much, if you set aside $100 or $200 a month to buy silver.. you'll get used to it and wont miss the $200. On the flip side, most people spend that same $100-200 on food, beer, any other non tangible items in a heartbeat. Save up in silver, dont worry about whether its a good investment.. because it is NOT! It's an insurance.

Hell how many of us paying that much in insurances monthly and dont expect to get a penny in return?

This. How many times must we say it? It's NOT an investment.

And you're fooling yourself if you think being debt free means anything when it comes to "owning" things. You can lose everything in the stroke of a pen of a newly signed "law" or executive order. Heck, in these times, any of the TLA agencies can confiscate whatever they want...
