I'm not sure about your family situation, but that should be about 40-50gal of water, depending on which bottles you get, which should last two people a few weeks. If the water supply is going to be shut off or contaminated somehow, you can also fill your bathtubs and then put an appropriate amount of bleach in to kill any bacteria/viruses in the water. And don't forget about the 40-50gal of water in your hot water heater.
