    It took 4 years before I quit craving but it was worth it. Once you get a couple weeks away from it you won't be able to stand the smell.

    Good job! Keep it up. It's gonna suck, but you can do it. If the cravings get too bad, I'll put some of my wife's cooking in a Copenhagen can and let you take a whiff. You'll never be able to look a a can of snuff again!

    Qutiing smoking was one of the hardest things I have ever done. But after a while, I felt like a complete bad @$$ for doing it. Congrats man. Stay strong.

    Good point. Guys who are able to sack-up and beat the habit definitely score higher on my "respect meter". It really is pretty badass.

    I still have the urge.

    Congrats!! Hang in there it does get easier. June will be two years for me and I am so glad I quit

    Congrats!

    Quit years ago after a good friend in his 20's died from gum/mouth cancer. I used to chew a can and a half a day. Don't miss it.
