Congrats man, don't go back to it. I was at two cans a day before I thought I might have an issue. It's been 16 years chew free. Good luck

You guys make me feel like an ass for having no interest in quitting...
Congrats though man. That really is a great thing to do for yourself.
Just call me 47
I am an experienced chew quitter. Every time I quit, I start thinking a month later "Geez, it was so easy to quit the last time, one little chew won't hurt me." A couple days pass, and I have a couple more. Before I know it I'm chewing 1.5 cans a day. I've done it at least 3 or 4 times over the past few years.
I myself quit last week again. I've got kids now, and I just picture their faces when I think about having a chew and it seems to be working so far.
The secret to not starting again seems to be "Not even once". Don't have one ever again, no matter how innocent it seems.

^^ This ^^
I've been told by alcoholics that tobacco is harder to kick. I've heard (because I don't know anyone) that tobacco is also harder to kick than heroin.
Never again is the key. Because alcohol lowers your inhibitions, social drinking around other smokers was the hardest thing for me. The secret is to just suck it up and avoid those crowds for a while.
My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."
Good decision
Congrats and keep it up!
You'll have certain behaviors that trigger wanting a smoke or a pinch...but it does get better with time.
Liberals never met a slippery slope they didn't grease.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

All at once? Good lord. Congrats and if you can tough out the first few months, you're good.
