    I did it a year ago cold turkey and made it 5 days before I started getting tunnel vision and severely agitated. Had to get Niccorette and the price of that will quickly get ya to quit. To bad I relapsed a month ago. It's bad shit.

    Good job! Just think of how much money you'll save, how much healthier you'll be, and how good food will taste again.

    There's no down side to this.

    Food tastes pretty damn good no matter what in my opinion.

    Thanks for all the encouragement guys. It's been hell. Before friday i was smoking 1 pack and chewing atleast 1 can per day. Needless to say, the withdrawls suck.

    Congrats! I have heard that sweating with intense exercise futher helps reduce the craving along with drinking plenty of water.

    Hang in there. I quit 4 years ago. It's tough but so worth it. Just think about all the extra cool gun stuff you can buy. Or add to your retirement.
