Default ammo jams in buckmark and ruger mags

When I am loading my buckmark or ruger mkii mags, pull the side assist down, when I let go of the spring, the ammo jams in the mag and I have to push up on the load assist deal on the side. It only does it with federal auto match 325rd bulk ammo. I was told by a dealer that, that ammo is a little longer long. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Take the mag apart and clean it. Mags actually get pretty dirty inside. 22 even worse.

I did, I even put a drop of oil where the bullet rides. It helped a little. I have thunderbolt, mini mags, super x, golden bullets, federal gold medal, and only the federal auto match sticks. Which sucks, cause that's what I have the most of.

You just pull it all the way down and drop them in? I always push the assist just enough to let me slide each next round in easily - to avoid things having a chance to get out of place.

I went and bought 2 more buckmark mags, they were fine, loaded with out getting stuck. Returned the one that sticks. Now just have to find out about the ruger mags. All the mags were new, so maybe quality control was lax, due to high demand.
