The Times explains that when trust members buy "restricted firearms through a trust," they are exempt from rules that would apply to individual buyers. Things like "being fingerprinted, obtaining the approval of a chief local law enforcement officer and undergoing a background check" are not required.

I don't do FB or other social media, besides here of course. Bomb this guy's what ever it's called.

I guess to be a journalist all you have to do is hear something.. then do a quick google search for a minute without any in depth reading, then just write an article however you want to spin it?

I'm selling my machines tomorrow because I'm obviously in the wrong business.
