Glock store issue?

Anyone had issues ordering from Glock store before? I tried ordering a trigger kit from them 2 months ago, the site was really slow and I never got an email confirmation or a charge so I assumed the order did not go through. Fast forward to today and I have a charge on my debit card for the trigger, there phone rings forever without a message option, and I've already sent them an email. I understand they're busy but this is ridiculous. I'd like to cancel the order as I don't need it anymore...

It's been awhile since I have ordered from them, but had good luck dealing with them. Todays world is totally different.
