So other than the fact that CO residents get access to these mags through their site is there anything else special about them? Do they have some sort of message on them? Or are they just regular ole Pmags?

I ask because if they're just regular ole Pmags, I have plenty already (well, you can never have enough, but right now I have more mags than I could carry loaded) and I don't really have the extra money to be buying mags right now (plus I want to make sure everyone else that wants some gets some) ... but if they're fancy schmancy "Free Colorado!" (or some other message) stamped mags I'll probably go ahead and buy a couple.

Sounds to me like you should sell a few of them at $40+ each on armslist and buy 10 more at $15 each, more than doubling your money

I believe the only thing special about them is that you get them at MSRP and quickly.

Make sure you follow the directions as they outline them for forwarding your email.

I forwarded my email initially with just a 'thank you' written in and heard nothing in reply for 4 days.

I then forwarded the same email again and included the information they stated they needed in the email. I received a reply in less than 24 hours.

It is very possible they just happened to process mine at the same time I sent my follow-up email, but I would hate for some of your registration requests to be declined for not having all of the required info. Anyway, I just thought I would put this out there.

I just re-sent mine, forgot the email addy but had sent it from the email address used to sign up, hopefully that wasn't the killer on it and I'm just still waiting.
