    I agree it's complex. How do you stopped selling to a SO when they publicly condemn these types of issues? It would be very difficult/time consuming to target individual cities, state agencies etc etc.

    You may have an issue with the Denver billing.
    I called because I have a PO box as a billing but a physical address in Longmont, and they thought I should be fine, but they also sounded like they didn't really know how they were going to go about the verification...

    I agree the SO is the wrong organization to penalize (unless it's Arapahoe County SO). If it makes Sheriff Smith, et al feel any better, he has my PMAGS to back him up if need be.
