I agree the SO is the wrong organization to penalize (unless it's Arapahoe County SO). If it makes Sheriff Smith, et al feel any better, he has my PMAGS to back him up if need be.

See this is what I've been thinking from the get-go on this whole naughty/nice list issue... Tell me again how LEOs are responsible for the laws that politicians pass? Why penalize them?

I shot the website an email to see if they would make a naughty list of local/state governments who are anti 2A so that companies can reference them.

Two things:
-Blame the politicians for the law/penalty and their hypocritical application of said law.
-I'm guessing another part of the reason to ban sales to LE as well is so that perhaps LE will hurt a bit and make a big stink with the government that passed the law.
