How about waiting to use this tactic for the final Senate vote, instead of the hearings on Monday? This is our last chance to have OUR voices heard; why drown that out? Far better to be standing together than drowning out those speaking on our behalf.

This is a fantastic idea. I hope that I can take a sick day to come down and do this. It would be so cool to just have an unending line of cars laying on the horn all day at the capital. Any chance of the COAR folks meeting up somewhere and all getting in line together?
