The whole thing was a bait, the officer was doing normal shit for the circumstance in my eyes. The supervisor realized what was going on and let the punk go on his way.

I don't like infringement on any of my *rights* either, but this is a bullshit scenario. Yeah, OC is a right, but ask Rick Stanley about that and see where that got him.
