I for one don't like it when people try to abuse their authority.

I don't like it when people set out to try and sue the state, county, or city when that was their entire goal...

Cop in the video is dealing with a punk ass kid who testing the limits of acceptable behavior. This is Occupy Wall Street style behavior; poke a cop, quick turn on a camera, and scream about how your rights are being voilated.

When the cops show up, they try to violate my rights by pulling all of this same crap. I do not have a video camera. Am I still an asshole for saying all the same stuff this kid says to the cops? I have no reason to stand up for myself?

Actually, yes it is different...

Carrying concealed without a permit is a crime. The police have every right to make sure you have a permit.

So yes, if you cop an attitude with the police in the situation you pointed out, you are an asshole and should be treated as such.
