    Again you miss the point. Driving 55 doesn't generally generate a call to police to look into things. Parading around town with an MP5 knockoff over your back and a camera in your hand is very likely too. This guy went out wanting to be stopped by police, hoping to catch him on tape doing something he shouldn't (poking him) with his comments. When you get what it is you were looking for you're no longer the victim of police harassment.

    This little douche started the encounter by spouting off legal precedent to provoke. It's ambush journalism in reverse.
