I remember as a kid in NY everyone would go across to Pa. and get fireworks,same thing.They see NY plates and pull you over.Eventualy those shops by the boder closed due to lack of customers..

Funny ,I remember the Ct guys dashing across the NY border to get to the Bum Steer cause they close the bars at midnight(insert wavy flashback scene)Ah the ole days.....
