Remington Versa Max Tactical questions

So being unable to secure a KSG, was thinking of making this my next shotgun. I currently have a 930spx which runs very well, I'm just not a fan of the rifle sights too much. Great for slugs but doesn't do well the times I am messing around with clays or otherwise doing sweeping shots. Also, complete slick barrel, I was under the impression I don't really have any choke options, so if theres a day again where I feel free to burn my ammo may have issues with some steel targets?

I'm bad with shotguns so was wondering if anyone could shoot some thoughts off about the Versa max tactical. To me it looks good out of the box with the vent rib sights and a rail if I want to add a micro red dot at some point. I'm unclear if it's supposed to be a compensator or I thought it was their own special choke that comes on it? Can it swap for other chokes? Seems attractive to me over a true benelli for price.
