He's doing ok. He's rambling a bit, but trying to point out the private transactions on co gun market, et al are our right and not to be tread upon. I'm not sure how cogent his points were, but maybe someone else was paying attention better than I.

Again, at the prompting of a Senator, he's reinforcing the point that one must go through an FFL to sell a gun on the internet.

I wish he would have flat out responded that any online sale outside of state must go through a FFL.. He said it is illegal to transfer via mail but he could have more directly stated that no matter where you buy from you still have to involve a dealer and a background check.

Agreed. His points were good, but not well stated. He was a bit hard to follow.

Opposition to this bill has been so profoundly logical and persuasive compared to the supporters. Any legislator's support of this bill is purely partisan bias. There's no way an impartial person could ever vote to pass this in the face of such cogent testimony.

Not to play Devil's Advocate, but I think you may have inadvertently just explained why this bill will pass..... Partisanship is supreme in this state. Hell, in this nation.
