    Was anything added about temporary transfer between non-family members? Pretty dumb if you cant let you buddy fire your weapon while lawfully target shooting or hunting on private property or national forest.

    Yeah, it was - that was my question too. 72 hour temporary transfer was added, so borrowing at the range or private property is OK. Still doesn't make this bill much better, but any port in a storm...

    My understanding is that they had only one high capacity mag total.

    The Golden Police Chief just said VT used high capacity mags, they did not.
