Yeah, it was - that was my question too. 72 hour temporary transfer was added, so borrowing at the range or private property is OK. Still doesn't make this bill much better, but any port in a storm...

Columbine did not use high capacity magazines!!!!! They had 10 round mags!!!

Harris used 10 round mags, Kleibold used high capacity mags, but fired far fewer shots than Harris.
