I was at the capitol today, it was a zoo inside and bailed after not getting into a hearing room, after a long wait.....
When I left I chatted with some folks and heard the horns, it was nearly constant. There was also a bi-plane pulling a pro-gun sign overhead.

When I was about to cross the street, some guy was at the light blowing his horn. A nice tolerant woman felt the need to flip him off as she crossed the street in front of him. I had to go back and give him the thumbs up and comment on her 'tolerance'.
