Technically speaking, most of the characters from the early parts of the bible are Israelites- no one is quite sure exactly how they looked back then, but probably somewhat close to Israelis today look. And the accent, well they'd all be speaking Aramaic, and since no one speaks that language it'd sound like gibberish without subtitles and we'd all be lost!![]()

Got it on the DVR, working a set of night shifts now so no time till I get off on Friday. Looks like a great show, i will have to try not reading the rest of this post so I can take it all in with an open mind.
