Yesterday was a committee hearing, basically an "approval" hearing that allows the bill to be put in front of the entire Senate, it was not the final vote. There will be a voice vote on Friday I believe and then an actual vote on Monday. The vote on Monday will be the final vote. There is still a chance though it looks very bleak.
