I firmly believe that someone who has made mistakes in their past can still do good in the world. I also believe that someone who has done wrong can still represent others if they have gone through the course of change to better themselves. But in this case -

This woman was arrested for taking things from others in order to satisfy her own wants and needs.

Now she is taking away well established RIGHTS to once again satisfy her own wants and needs.

Serving one's own wants and needs over well founded and EXISTING rights of others shows an undeniable pattern.

Her job is to represent those that elected her. NOT to do whatever satisfies her current desire.

This is my biggest issue with her. Regardless of whether you are pro gun or not she should be representing "We The People" Everything I see and hear about her tells me she is on a self centered personal vendetta. She is not thinking of "the People" but only of herself.

The impression I get from her fb paints a picture of an activist with a grudge. She doesn't seem to have any concept of personal responsibility
She also strikes me as the type who feeds off of attention by playing the victim and pointing her finger at others for the problems she brings onto herself. I could be wrong it just seems that way to me.

As a note perhaps if there are any fence sitting democrats in the house and senate I would hope that they would not want to be associated with a bill created by a criminal that impacts law abiding citizens 2 nd amendment rights. Let's let them know that we don't appreciate that a criminal who most likely could not enjoy the 2nd amendment should not be deciding our rights. Please let your representative know this.
