I wonder why the AUG doesn't show up on the price sheet? Just the mags. Or did I miss it? I wonder if/when they are going to hit the shelves.

Just the other day, the wife said I should get "myself" a STEYR. I thought the one I have been using for shooting matches was OK. But she informed me that if "I" want one, I'd have to get another. You see, it is the ONLY rifle she will shoot, she LOVES shooting it, and has now laid claim to it. Sigh.........

Wouldn't mind having an A-2, not so sure about the A-3.

If you can get through all the bullshit bickering there may be some useful info in this thread on AR15.com I would suspect the last few pages might have some expected date info. The announcement if you can call it that just recently occurred. That web page is likely the only info tease they have released.

I personally hate the AUG would rather have a m16 that is just me. I have shot Alans and the fire control system sucks in my opinion.

Even in a semi auto model try exchanging mags in a hurry you can't. To each their own but I would never buy one.

All depends on the price, if it isn't above $1400 or so then I will likely buy one. Even if it isn't the A1 style I remember as a kid thinking how cool it looked.

I'd love to get a FS2000 but the price is just too high so hopefully the AUG doesn't have the same problem for me.

I can not stand the ergonomics of the FN bulpup if they had done something different with the front end and made it less blocky I would probably have a more favorable opinion of it. I just do not like how big of an area it is where I have to put my front hand.

When the AUG came out I was really impressed. I believe it was the first bullpup I had ever handled and the included optic was different. These days, there are other BullPup configs available.

...and I don't like any of their mag locations.
