    It is just so painfully obvious that it is all a sham. There is no debate, its just the dems allowing the repubs to blow off steam and bloviate for a few hours on each bill before just passing them anyway.

    Yep, see my previous post about the amendment added to the magazine bill requiring all mags sold within Colorado to have dates plus they can't have the ability to be converted to something larger than a 15rd magazine. You can't 'Lego' them together or anything as the amendment stated.

    Those two alone will pretty much ban all magazines from Colorado as nobody who manufacturers will change to meet those demands.

    put it in then. something like that would make it easier to overturn
