I really wish people would stop posting shit like this on PUBLIC internet forums. People though they were clever pointing out that mags didn't have dates and I kept telling people not to discuss what makes the bull unenforceable and focus on getting them killed before they become laws that just need some tweaking. Now look, amendment to require dates before it even is voted on in the Senate. Keep it up and they'll amend it to criminalize the modification of magazines just like firearm serial numbers before it becomes law too.

Lundberg pointing out that the ban would ban virtually all magazines as they can be converted to accept more than 15 rounds.

Yep, see my previous post about the amendment added to the magazine bill requiring all mags sold within Colorado to have dates plus they can't have the ability to be converted to something larger than a 15rd magazine. You can't 'Lego' them together or anything as the amendment stated.

Those two alone will pretty much ban all magazines from Colorado as nobody who manufacturers will change to meet those demands.

Then it passes and we take it to SCOTUS as a de-facto ban on guns.

Do you have ANY IDEA how difficult it is to overturn a law? About 10X harder than passing one.
