The point is not to enforce it...the point is to scare the shit out of everyone to prevent buying/owning, and thereby reduce the amount of gun owners. PERIOD

Why wouldn't people just buy Sig P226 with 15 round standard magazines.
Because under the "Readily Modified" clause, any mag that can have an extension placed on it to increase capacity is also banned...almost all mags have removable baseplates, thereby making them fall under that clause.
It doesn't have to make sense, it's for the children
