That is a WIN for us. Anytime we can make them react in the direction we want is a good thing.
Because under the "Readily Modified" clause, any mag that can have an extension placed on it to increase capacity is also banned...almost all mags have removable baseplates, thereby making them fall under that clause.

Yup, just one. I sent out another general mail earlier. I'm going to do one just for 1224 over the weekend.
SB 196 was placed there as a red herring, something to be so over the top that Dems could vote NO and not expose themselves too much. Morse doesn't give a damn, he's out next year anyway.
Keep up the pressure on 1224, very close. Senator Nicholson, barely won in 2010...lots of Dem money for reelection only goes so far if you have pissed off your entire district.

Man I watched this all day! Watched it while reloading then watched it instead of TV.. Very frustrating how all the senators for the bill have zero arguments for voting.. Especially that very attractive lady hodge.. Just pisses you off! Waste of space.. Your trying to ban something you have no clue about and the rest of the sheep with you! For what? You THINK it's going to make a difference? These people amaze me
