Just got the phone call to come in late today and plan to stay until tomorrow night or Sunday morning. It's like a sleepover for grown ups, not near as fun, although the OT is nice. 7-11" with gusting up to 31mph.

fucking snow on the weekends is bullshit. there should be a law against it. We get beautiful weather all week, 60's yesterday and then snow on the weekends so cannot go shooting. Even the skiers don't want snow on the weekend during the day. Nobody wants snow, lets ban it.

Introducing a law banning it would be right in their wheelhouse; it would accomplish absolutely nothing, but it would make them feel good and useful.

Few of us in Aurora are planning to hit up Starbucks at Smoky Hill and Himalaya at 9 tomorrow though. My explorer shouldn't have a problem getting there.

Figures. I get back from two cold, snowy weeks in Iowa and Nebraska only to come home to more cold and snow.
