    Only one I can think of is the guy that shot up the gym he worked out at. I don't remember if he killed anyone though, and it was definitely premeditated.

    You might want to check the details. The website talks about "killers" not "murders". The number of dead include suicides and cases that are still pending in court.

    I believe that the numbers in CO are low or non-existent or we would have heard all about it during the CCW on campuses debate.
