Default Anybody going to the CO Accountability Morse Recall meet tonight; 3/8?

    I just got home.
Going to scarf some food down, chase it with some excedrin and get ready head out to the Broadmoor. I'm way up on the North side so I gotta start moving...
Wondering if anybody else will be there?

I'd love to go, it would have been really nice to have had some details in this post, a link perhaps?

    Ok, found something, 3/8 @ 7pm:

We're going to be holding the first meeting to discuss organizing John Morse's recall, this coming Friday at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs in the Robert Trent Jones Meeting Room.

We'll be discussing how to organize the effort, determining who wants to take the lead on it, what exactly needs to be done from first step to last, incorporation of a non-profit group to handle it and setting an initial timeline. We will have several Board Members from Colorado Accountability present to answer any questions.

Thank you everyone for your interest and willingness to help us oust from office those that would destroy our freedoms.

PLEASE send an RSVP to contact@coloradoaccountability.com with the number that will attend, or post that you're going here on Facebook so that we can make sure we have room!

YOU are the first responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.
When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...

Dangit. I wish I had known about this.

I would take a large measure of joy from seeing that creepy weirdo being recalled.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.

For legal reasons, that's a joke.

If anyone else was there, I was the guy in a hawaiian shirt (today was Hawaiian shirt Friday)

They seem well organized, and have formed a 501(c)4 organization that is able to take donations nationally... Called National Freedom Defense Fund... Changed from Coloradoaccountability.com to differentiate themselves from a leftist group with a similar name...

Their sole charter is recall of politicians that violate oath to uphold constitutions, with a focus on 2nd amendment (since it is the basis for all others in the bill of rights)... They do not choose new candidates, other groups will have to lead that charge- since their very nature is bi-partisan, they will not have ties to any political parties...

Some other industries have promised large donations if recalls are organized against Morse and Hudak (apparently they have some enemies)- they are high on priority list!

Looks promising, feel free to pm me with questions- I plan to contact mods to make sure it's cool before I solicit donations or volunteers...

Is there a campaign-finance limit on how much an individual can donate?

No limit... Because it's not party affiliated
