Well, after several returns, a scope issue fixed, and a lot of grief, I have my final product. Big thanks to Bert at BPTactical for doing the gunsmithing and for walking me through some of the debugging I had to go through. His work was great and the price was right.

Stock, it was shooting about 2" groups at 100 yards. Looks like I'm currently shooting about 0.5 MOA out of it. I shot at a 600 yard gong with my BDC reticle and hit it 3 out of 3 times. Life is good. :-) I'm sure with reloads and more importantly, some practice, I can get even better.
50 yard sight in - 3 rounds 150g Core-Lokt Ammo - 0.25" at 50 yards
100 yards - 5 rounds Fed GMM SMK 168g - double tapped one of the holes - 0.75" at 100 yards
100 yards - 5 rounds first reloads 165g Nossler + 43g RL-15 - 1 flyer that I knew was bad when I pulled the trigger - 0.50" at 100 yards
