Default Senate amendments added to House bill question

If the Senate adds amendments to a House bill, correct me if I'm wrong, does it not have to go back to the House for debate and passage? Seems i recall amendments added Friday. I could have missed the Q and A on this, some of the threads have gotten rather lengthy.

HB13-1224 was amended in the Senate to move the 8 round shotgun limit from 8 rounds to 28".

I would guess whoever drafted the bill didn't realize that eight 2 3/4 shells would have a different length than eight 3 1/2 inch shells.

1224 and 1229 have to go back to house. 1228 had no senate amendments so it goes to the governor. 1226 failed the senate, so it is dead this session.

A bunch of additional "exemptions" for temporary transfers that don't need a BGC

Both the house and the senate have to pass the same bill. If either make amendments they have to go back to the other to be voted on again.
