    We stand on the precipice of hard times and are asked to make hard decisions…
    You think resistance is futile, that’s what they want you to think. You think if you just take care of yourself, that is enough. That’s what they want you to think. So you make your life safe, and you follow their rules. That’s what they want you to do. And meanwhile, they steal your freedom right from under your nose. And they tell you that they are giving you peace and freedom, and they expect you to buy what they are selling. They are counting on you to be quiet, to listen to their media spin and believe their lies. Are you someone to give them what they want? Are you ready to give away everything for a false sense of safety and freedom? Or is this the new time of Thomas Paine, John Adams, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson…
    Is this again the time for us to risk all, to ensure the America we were promised, the America that has been fought and died for, the America dreamt of those around the world thirsting for hope and liberty? Is it that time?

    If I'm not mistaken, 50 years ago the fucking commies would just dissapear in the night. While I don't entirely agree with that particular approach, it certainly kept those sons-of-bitches in check...

    Really? The National Firearms Act was enacted in 1934 And the Gun Control Act was 1968. That's 79 and 44 years respectively. Not only would they do this 50 years ago, the did it before AND immediately after 50 years ago.

    If you wait until confiscation, it will be too late. I would say this is the time to be vigilant about writing senators, congressmen, and anyone who will listen. Be politically proactive during this time! If we see the tides turning (i.e. federal anti gun laws) we then go through legal channels and file lawsuits and the like. If nothing else works, then it is the time.
    Soap Box, Ballot Box, Jury Box, Cartridge box.... in that order.

    Unless my history is a little off (always a possibility), wasn't there a short period around 50 years ago when the threat was taken seriously and the commies were dealt with in a fashion appropriate to their intent?
