single stage or 2 stage triggers

hay ya'll im looking into if i should get a 2 stage RRA trigger or a JP single stage trigger. I have never felt a 2 stage and wondering what is the big deal about it. I will be putting it on a 24' AR for target shooting. Help.

My vote would be the JP trigger they are sweet. Alan runs JP triggers on all his match guns he has won world champoinships so I tend to take his advice. He says the RRA is a drop in and not even close to the JP.

I was pushing toward the JP, and if its good enuf for Alan then it will be way good enuf for me.
