That is why I love my job, once you walk out the door work is over.

For 13 years, I was on call 24/7/365, unless I was taking PTO. My area covered 16 sites, from Grand Junction to Norton, KS, to Raton, NM. And they had no reservations about calling me out in the middle of the night in any kind of weather. I don't miss that, and don't really want to do it again. Driving several hundred miles at night in snowstorms sucked balls.
