Worst part of your job?

I hate complaining about my job cause im grateful to have one. I break up fighs daily and sometimes send people to jail for various reasons. The worst part of my job is when i have to have a vehicle towed from our private lot, the vehicle owner never takes fault even though we have signs posted everywhere and they always wanna fight. Ohwell i guess its part of my job so im off to have a vehicle towed lol. Whats the worst part of your job?

Stupid people who think the best place to let their dog(s) crap is right in front of their propane tanks. I've got to the point now I won't fill their tank if I have to drag the hose through dog shit. How hard is it to clean up after your dog? Freeze. I don't care.

A close second is the people who plow their steep, winding mountain driveways just wide enough for a Jeep or Subaru and then complain that I didn't deliver to them.

Some people are just too stupid to own a dangerous substance like flammable gas. They should have to go through background checks and waiting periods.

Dealing with people. They're idiots

Worst thing about my job is my boss.

He's that lovely blend of stupid and crooked that just makes you want to strangle him (and honestly I'm amazed that he doesn't find himself in court every other week). Seriously he's the single biggest force working AGAINST the success of this company.

He screws over our venders, he constantly lets down our customers and he can't pay his damn bills on time (including payroll). Add to that the fact that when he does try to make a good decision to move the company forward he will consistently make the wrong one ... the stupid one and the one destined to fail (the man is a walking, talking, living example of the Dunning-Kruger effect).

Thankfully he's also extremely lazy so he's rarely in the office before noon ... rarely stays all day and is often on the road making deliveries (incompetently, but at least he's out of our hair).

Working in a hospital - working daily with people who are in what's often the worst time of their life, their family members stressed about them, kids freaked out about all the machines. Dealing with arrogant doctors, friendly but fumbling overly cautious medical residents, micromanaging upper management. And often times being in a position where if you make a mistake or an oversight, someone quite literally dies.

i was going to post NOT dealing with people... i see the same faces daily and miss the customer interaction. I am VERY grateful for my job though, 15 years!
