Shoot, you should see when you get a ton of E-3's around with no NCO... As an E-4 (CPL) I came upon a ton of PFCs that were supposed to do something, no leadership established... out of the 9 of them there was ONE Indian...

I used to really love my job and what the work I did stood for. After seeing the decline of this nation over the past several years I can say I no longer enjoy doing work that helps protect the freedoms of these itdiots. Very frustrating.

Yep. Along with too much militarization, that's a main reason I left LE after almost 15 years. Most people I had to deal with weren't worth the potential sacrifice.

Working with lazy, entitlement rich, arrogant, un educated Liberal .gov workers. Other than that at least I can be on here all day long (if thats a bonus).

This. At least in some cases. 1% of people cause 99% of my problems.

Other than dealing with the .gov machine out to destroy small business, theres nothing I really hate about my job.
You know what you tell a driver who is being a PITA? Remind him the easiest part to replace in a race car is the driver.
You know what you tell a customer who wont pay thier bill? Nothing, you let the paperwork tell them after you file a lien against it for non-payment.
You know what to do with illegitimate customer complaints? Fire the customer. In the rarefied air that my business operates in, customers are rarely right, and once they realize that its a much better working relationship. If they knew what I know they would not need me to do it.

At one time I had 5 employees and that was a true PITA. I am much happier now that I only deal with a few contractors.

The day job. Customers think they're always right and managers change the rules so they can please the customers and make the employees who go by the book look like an ass.
The evening and weekend job. Boss is a slave driving asshole who sets unrealalistic goals

Yes I work for myself and a corporation

Most definitely having to be the person that has to clean up other people's messes. If a customer gets something from us, which was shipped wrong, I have to deal with the backlash (and figure out how to right the wrong) as one of my warehouse workers just sits two states away and eats his sandwich.
