I keep hearing people say SB-196 AWB and HB-1226 CCW on college campus are dead but is there any proof of that? From what i know they were postponed till May 10th and i still see them as a threat.

Did any part of HB-1224, the mag ban, say we can not repair our magazines or get a "magazine repair kit"?
