It appears we are all being taxed and at least half of us are not being represented.

Yeah. 1224 is a done deal then. So form what I understand it passed by a wider margin this time?
Hopefully he doesn't make it take effect before 7/1, from what I understand that could be done.
UPDATE: And "wavering" McLachlan voted Aye -again-.
I'm guessing 1229 is going back to the Senate to be stripped of the '72 hour temporary transfer' amendment, to make sure we all become criminals when we're at the range and say "Here buddy, try this".

The claimed problem with the 1229 Senate amendment is the Trust/Corporate clause, which the DEMS are trying to put out as a way for people who cannot pass background checks to illegally purchase firearms. I am not sure that is true, as near as I can tell the trust owner does have a background check run on you.
How does the repeal process work? Any sunset provisions?

1229 ...how is a trust a way to circumvent if you are not legally allowed to own a firearm, if you are on the trust and can't legally own a firearm it is my guess it invalidates the trust, so who the hell would do that.
I really don't like these fucking clowns.
