Great match with a lot of tight shots, movement and swingers. Stages had just the right amount of strong/weak hand shooting and tactical sequence. Its pretty rare to get to shoot out of a "real" car in a local match, so that stage was a treat. This match was more on par with stages I've seen at major IDPA events, which I really appreciate going into big matches over the next few months.

    Hello Hello all,

Its getting to be that time again for another ECOIDPA match! Come on out and play Saturday August 23rd!

For those of you that shot the zombathon last month you will be excited to know Rob is again designing the course of fire and you get another month off from my shenanigans! I have a pending baby due very soon so unfortunately I wont be able to make the match, (that is if I want to stay living - you know the wife can get violent if provoked!! HAHA) but rest assured you are in good hands! I promise I will return next month with some more course of fire goodness!

As usual the details are here: And remember if you show up to help with setup, not only do you get a peek at the stages, you also save $5 bucks!

Good match yesterday. Some tough conditions in the morning made setup slow and challenging. Thanks to those who helped with setup and special thanks to the folks from Buffalo Creek Gun Club who came down from the hills and provided a ton of assistance and great camaraderie. IMO they made the difference between a fun well run match and and all day grind.

Always a good time for sure. Mud and all.

Wish I had time to actually get out and practice more.
