I really don't think those are going to be the big money items... Not to talk shit or anything... I think it's going to be mags more than anything.

And what the other guy said....

Actually it is... Manufacturing without an FFL is a big big big big no no.

This. Purchase of a stripped lower with the intent to construct and sell may get your willie in a bit of a bind. Just sayin'.

So if you buy a lower, build it up, shoot it for a while, are you allowed to sell the whole gun or just the lower?

Elections have consequences. Let me tell you how freaking thrilled I am to be reaping what your dumb ass sowed.

It's the intent. Someone else posted up the actual regulation but it's something to the effect of making a living it out of it that is restricted.

    Here you go...

Do what you must with your private property..but to my surprise, some of our members spoke of 'flipping' guns w/o FFL openly. Remember the cologunmarket guy that was interviewed by BATF? I hate for something like that to happen to one of us. Stay safe!

If you Buy an AR for $1,000... Then turn around and sell it right away for $2,000... Without being an FFL... You've violated the law.

If you built an AR from parts for $1,000 and sell it for $1,500... You've violated the law.

I don't believe that. What if you suddenly determine that the AR that you just bought turns out to be defective and is a piece of crap. You want to get rid of it as soon as possible and some guy wants it for parts only. So what if you do make some big bucks on it - it would be a one time type transaction and not a regular thing of making profit........ If making some profit on an occasional firearm sale is illegal, there will be a hell of a lot of guys seriously breaking the law.
