The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and food stamps ever. Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to ‘Please Do Not Feed the Animals'. Their stated reason for the policy is because the animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves.

It's all electronic to debit cards now. I see them in front of me having to do 4 transactions at king soopers. Only thing paper anymore I see is WIC since there is a paper to fill out and it's all formula, milk and cheerios on those transactions.
Yup. They have all their babies on electronic medicaid payments as well. My blood pressure goes up every time my wife (labor Nurse) tells me about these welfare moms having more babies on our dime.
(disclaimer: I am not opposed to lending a hand to those truly in need that have and will at some point contribute to the economy and are just temporarily down on their luck.)

My girlfriend is a surgical tech specifically for labors and tells me about 70% of the patients do not pay a dime and the majority of them all ready have multile children that they cannot afford to take care of.
