best price for a new Ipad

anybody know where to find the best price on a new ipad. I know they are pretty strict on their prices but I am in the market for a new 3 or 4. or even a used one. just want to figure out where the best deal is at.

Unless you find a used one the prices are pretty much fixed. I did a lot of shopping around when we got ours and found nothing. The only angle you might be able to play would be an "XX percent off your purchase" from somewhere like best buy.

Micro center in the DTC has the 3rd gen wifi only 32 gb for $500. Still has the sticker on for $650. From what I can tell, its the same screen resolution as the 4, but 4 has a newer processor.

I think tiger direct had similar prices if you're looking online.

Check the apple online store refurbs.... stock changes daily ( hell hourly) but you get good deals and full warranty.. I've seen many a piece of gear come outta there and had ZERO issues.

Your best bet is Apple Refurbished Store at Apple.com. Apple also has an eBay store where they sell refurbished products even cheaper than their refurbished store. iPad 3 is your current best deal. I believe they just started selling Refurbished iPad 4's at Apple.com.

Difference between iPad 3 and 4 - the 4 has a better camera, better processor and the Lightening dock connector.

Army PX or Air Force BX will save you the Taxes if you can purchase there.
I picked up my iPad 2 on Black Friday at the Apple store for $368, just a 16GB Wifi but a big upgrade from my original iPad.
