Default SB196 and HB1226 alive again?

We heard at Maketa's town hall from one of the county commissioners that SB196 and HB1226, both postponed until May 10th, have been brought back to life today, March 14th.

This is the "assault weapon liability act" and the no concealed carry on colleges.

    I'm awaiting confirmation.

YOU are the first responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.
When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...
Gun registration is gun confiscation in slow motion.

Did you really think they would just tuck them back into the daytimer and go away? The whole reason they pulled them was to regroup.
    We must stay vigilant.

The Postponed until May 10th was the clue, rather than postponed indefinitely, which is legislative code for "dead".

Well, there is nothing left to do, but fight poor legislation.
