It is the same in other places. You would think that people that work for the DOD understand what we do. I have heard many comments but a good one was a couple of years ago after we hired a bunch of new staff and many had no connection to the Military at all.

She mentioned that she had to stop for a bunch of troops that were crossing the road. She said "They all had camo paint on and were carrying GUNS. It really creeped me out" .
